✅ New Customers: Fill out this form to get a free pre-addressed shipping label & repair form (takes less than one minute).
✅ Current Customers: Only your practice name and # of handpieces are needed. We greatly appreciate your continued support!
✅ Package your handpieces & attach the label, then simply hand the box to your mail carrier.
✅ We take it from there: A service tech will evaluate your handpieces, and we'll email you a detailed repair quote to review before any work is done.
Once your form is submitted, you will receive your label and repair form in an email from handpiecepros@gmail.com. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you haven't received your label in a reasonable amount of time. Forms submitted after hours or on weekends will be emailed the next business day.
